Wyee Child Care Centre is a privately owned centre on the NSW Central Coast. We cater for children ages between 2 - 5 years.
Our aim is to provide early childhood care and education in a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our 50 place service. As the Nominated Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the successful day-to-day operations of the centre.

This is a 6 month maternity leave cover role, commencing in October. However as our centre continues to grow significantly there is a chance it could be extended or made permanent.
After the 6 month period, this role also has the possibility of moving into another position.

What the role requires:

Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Minimum 2 years as either Director/Centre manager or Assistant Director experience in Early Childhood

Strong leadership in team development, culture and retention

Current knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations (NSW)

Knowledge on maintaining a QIP/Self assessment

Strong computer skills

Outstanding level of verbal and written communication

Current First Aid, CPR and Child Protection

Current Working with Children Check

NSW Police Check
