Responsibilities:

Managing the motel’s front office operations, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest relations

Overseeing the housekeeping and maintenance team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property

Monitoring inventory and placing orders for supplies as needed

Planning and overseeing bar, restaurant, function activities occurring in motel

Effectively managing staffing, rostering, performance evaluation and training to ensure excellent service delivery

Analyzing booking data and occupancy rates to identify opportunities for improvement

Addressing customer feedback and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Managing budgets and financial resources of motel, including monitoring expenses and revenue;

Knowledge and Experience

 Bachelor’s degree in Management-related fields;

 Significant experience in a similar operations management role;

 Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to deliver exceptional customer service;

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests, staff, and other stakeholders;

 Sound business acumen and an analytical mindset to drive performance improvements;

 Familiarity with computer software and systems;

 A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences;
