About the Role
Working with industry leaders, you will be responsible for leading your team of managers and chefs to ensure the whole team lives and breathes our vision; putting our guests first, and creating a fun, inclusive and welcoming place to work. Combining your passion for hospitality and proven experience, you will work within a highly dedicated team to ensure the ongoing success. You will:-

Lead and inspire the restaurant team and be an inspirational role model

Mentor your team recognising those shining stars who are our leaders of the future

Work closely with the chefs and support team to create food and beverage menus that will delight our guests and keep us relevant and on trend

Create shared goals with your team and work with them to achieve success

You will ensure our guests have a great time – and be fully accountable for making it happen.

About YOU !

You are a self starter. You don't wait to be told, you get it done.

You are passionate, organised and dedicated.

You have a positive attitude and the ability to create incredible working relationships with all members of the restaurant team and wider group

Be a true problem solver, facing issues head on

Relevant tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded, but you must also have at least 3 years experience at a venue leadership level

You have a passion for learning and an ambition to be the best

You are open and honest in your communication
