We are currently seeking experienced, hands-on Motel Managers and Management couples for great coastal and regional locations across Australia.

These are live in Positions with accommodation based onsite. No Rent all utilities provided.

Key Duties (will vary from motel to motel)

Availability: 24/7 Live onsite, work weekends and holidays, and be on-call for guests. Regular Days Off provided.

Daily Operations: Hand's on, checking in and out management of reception, guest bookings, reservations, requests, and complaints; perform daily financial reconciliations; respond to guest feedback.

Team Management: Motivate, lead, train, roster housekeeping teams and assist with stripping rooms and removal of rubbish.

Maintenance: Oversee rooms upkeep, grounds, pool, and laundry as needed; coordinate with contractors as required.

Inventory Management: Handle ordering, stock-taking, and inventory control.

Restaurant (if applicable): Oversee and assist as required
