Are you obsessed with beautiful events, love a well-set table, and know exactly what makes an Instagram story pop? Novia Event Space is on the hunt for a passionate Events & Marketing Coordinator to help us turn moments into magic.

The Role:
You’ll be the driving force behind our event bookings, styling coordination, and marketing presence—online and on the ground. This is a role for someone who thrives in both event planning and creative content.

Your Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage bookings from enquiry to execution
Work directly with clients to curate bespoke event packages
Manage the event calendar and ensure seamless execution on event days
Oversee event styling, setup notes, and run sheets
Create compelling social media content and paid ad campaigns
Drive local marketing initiatives and build community partnerships
Create promotions and events for the space

You’ll Shine If You Have:
Experience in events, hospitality, or marketing (or all three!)
A love for social media, with a good eye for aesthetic content
Incredible attention to detail and next-level organisation skills
A warm, confident communication style—both with guests and your team
Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as required
Knowledge of platforms like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Humanitix, or Wix is a huge plus!
