Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Type: Part-Time (Approx 2-3 days/week – Flexible)

Role: Marketing / Social Media / Sales Assistance / Sales Admin

3 Monkeys Audiovisual, one of Perth’s most respected AV companies, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in a part-time position, with a strong focus on marketing and social media, alongside sales support and admin.

There will be the opportunity to have a considerable time for handover from our current team member, who will be returning in 12 months in a part time / job share arrangement. You'll be working across 3 Monkeys AV as well as supporting a new and exciting business venture as well.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Sales Support Duties

Develop, create and manage social media campaigns/posts: including planning, content production, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting, across multiple platforms.

Plan, coordinate, execute and review 2-3 per monthly email marketing campaigns.

Maintain and update website content and product listings on WordPress (no coding required).

Create and update brochures and marketing material in Canva or other.

Produce case studies, photo/video content, and marketing materials for completed projects.

Liaise with internal staff to create videos showcasing new products, completed jobs, and informational videos.

Manage and maintain the internal marketing calendar and track campaign performance.

Coordinate with outsourced marketing partners on website campaigns and Google Analytics.

Produce a sales report monthly, providing a range of statistics pulled from our job management system and review with the director.

Assist in preparing quotes and sales proposals.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Can work independently, think creatively and collaborate with the team to deliver effective campaigns.

Has experience in a similar marketing and social media role.

Is a strong communicator with creative writing and content creation skills.

Is a team player who collaborates effectively with the team but is also happy to work independently.

Is familiar with Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Linked In, Google My Business and social media scheduling applications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Is organised, proactive, who takes initiative and comfortable shifting between admin and marketing tasks.

Has experience with or interest in AV, tech, or trade industries (preferred but not essential).

Has used or is open to learning trade job management systems like AroFlo (preferred but not essential).
