Your new role

• Coordinate domestic and international transport logistics.
  
• Maintain movement registers and ensure documentation accuracy.
  
• Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and mining compliance.
  
• Provide reports, schedules, and updates to stakeholders.
  
• Manage procurement and contracts for freight and haulage.
  
• Expedite shipments and resolve logistical issues.
  
• Follow all HSEQ policies and procedures.
  
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
  
• Conduct risk assessments and report hazards or incidents.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Understanding of MRDWA and permit systems.
  
• Knowledge of earth-moving and mining equipment.
  
• Experience in heavy haulage and international freight logistics.
  
• Ability to assess transport quotes and trailer suitability.
  
• Strong problem-solving and communications skills.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  
• Current Australian Driving Licence.
  
• Ability to work in a tram with strong time management.
