Full end-to-end contracts - Client Side Role - Friendly team

Specialist - Projects, Contracts & Procurement Location:
Perth CBD with flexibility
Pay Rate: Up to $100 per hour + Superannuation Type: Contract

An exciting opportunity to join a diverse and well-respected Western Australian company working on the client side of major projects. As a key member of the WA Projects Team, you'll provide strategic commercial and procurement support across new and ongoing initiatives, ensuring best-in-class delivery and collaboration.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Developing sourcing strategies, executing new contracts, and managing variations in line with corporate standards
• Monitoring contract performance at both project and portfolio levels against KPIs
• Managing documentation and approvals for contract variations and amendments
• Coordinating and resolving contractual issues including claims, invoicing discrepancies, and rebate matters

About You: You're a motivated contract professional with a knack for stakeholder engagement and navigating complex construction project environments. With experience in heavy industry construction (energy, infrastructure or resources sectors), you're ready to bring your expertise to a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

You Bring:

• Proven skills in procurement strategy, contract execution and variation management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to multitask, organise and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with engineering and construction agreements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or significant hands-on industry experience
