Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to our client who are a long-standing contractor delivering civil earthworks and rehabilitation projects across the Pilbara. This is a FIFO opportunity from Perth on a 2:1 dayshift roster, working with crews of mobile plant operators across multiple BHP sites.

This position offers 5-6 months of secure work with strong potential for long-term or full-time engagement.

Key Details

• Flat rate $67 - $70 per hour
• 2:1 FIFO roster (dayshift only)
• FIFO ex-Perth (Tuesday fly days)
• Supervise crews of approx. 10 operators
• Projects include bulk earthworks, rehab, and production work

Scope of Work

• Supervision of civil earthworks, rehab, and mine-site infrastructure
• Oversee day-to-day activities and project progress
• Lead pre-start meetings and promote HSE compliance
• Manage site assets including plant and vehicles
• Maintain clear communication with site management

Requirements

• Section 26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (essential)
• Current Driver's Licence and White Card
• Proven experience supervising civil or production-based earthworks
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety focus
• BSBWHS411/414 (advantage)
• Ability to pass a medical and drug & alcohol screening
• National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
