About the role

SBR Contracting is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in . As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our construction projects. What you'll be doing

Supervising and directing a team of Civil and Pipe teams to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects

Monitoring and inspecting work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards

Coordinating the allocation of resources, materials, and equipment to support project goals

Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to project progress and performance

Providing training and guidance to team members to support their professional development

What we're looking for

Experience in a Supervisor or Foreperson role within the construction industry

Strong problem solving skills in an environment where things arent always readily available, Thinking outside the box.

Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead, Encourage, Nurture and manage people.

Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and drawings

Proficiency in using construction management software and other relevant tools

Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
