Civil Earthworks Supervisor – FIFO

Location: Perth, WA - FIFO to BHP Site
Rate: $67–$70/hr
Roster: 2:1 | Dayshift
Duration: 5–6 months, with opportunity to transition to full-time ongoing work

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Earthworks Supervisor to overseeing crews of mobile plant operators. You’ll be responsible for managing civil earthworks and site rehabilitation projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.

Scope of work includes:

Supervising crews of approx. 10 operators

Creation of tank pads, creek diversions, flood bunds etc

Rehabilitation works – backfilling pits, relocating hard rock, creating access tracks

Coordination of daily activities, safety compliance, and progress reporting

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can manage multiple moving parts, build strong crew relationships, and drive project outcomes safely and effectively.

Location: Perth, WA - FIFO to Goldfields
Rate: $70/hr
Roster: 8:6 | Dayshift / Nightshift
Duration: Long term projects

$70/hr flat rate (potentially higher based on experience)

Small crew supervision on smaller established gold mining operations

Ongoing projects with clients who are focused on creating a positive workplace culture

Demonstrated production experience required, ideally within gold operations

What You Will Need:

Previous experience supervising civil or production projects

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

S26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (essential)

Current driver’s licence (essential)

White card (not necessary for Production Supervisor roles)

BSBWHS411/414 highly regarded (not necessary for Production Supervisor roles)
