About the Company
As a well-established tier 2 civil contractor operating across the Pilbara with a broad range of clients across public and private sector clients, they have a busy order book and require the ongoing services of a motivated and versatile civil supervisor to provide support across multiple projects in the region.

About You

• Minimum 10 years industry experience
• Ideally been in a supervisor role for over 5 years with small to medium sized contractors
• Strong background in bulk earthworks and mine site civil works
• Previous RTIO inductions highly advantageous
• Must be a Perth resident with full Australian working rights
• Willing to commit to ongoing 2&1 roster

Responsibilities include:

• Forecasting and programming
• Procurement and scheduling of labour, subcontractors, equipment and materials
• Effective leadership of the construction team
• Administration including timesheets, delivery dockets and site diary
• Start-ups, toolboxes, site inductions and checking tickets
• Mitigating and incident reports

Hourly Rates
Subject to experience, you can expect $70 - $85 per hour.
