We're seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to join our cllents team on a permanent basis. If you have a strong background in earthworks and road construction, and you're ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic project environment, we want to hear from you.

Roles Available

Supervisor Roles

• 
  Experience in civil construction, including bulk and detailed earthworks and haul road works
• 
  Section 26 qualification and RTIO inductions required

• 
  Roster: FIFO - 8:6 (Day shift only - 12-hour days)
• 
  Teams: Supervise crews of approximately 10 personnel
• 
  Projects: To be confirmed
• 
  Pay Rate: $80-$85/hr + Super
• 
  Requirements:

Supervisor Role 3

• 
  Experience in civil construction, including bulk and detailed earthworks and haul road works
• 
  Section 26 qualification and RTIO inductions required

• 
  Roster: FIFO - Initially 2:1, with flexibility for changing project requirements
• 
  Scope: Overseeing multiple civil projects
• 
  Pay Rate: $80-$85/hr + Super
• 
  Requirements:

What We're Looking For

• 
  Proven experience in civil construction supervision
• 
  Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and project delivery
• 
  Ability to lead teams and manage site operations effectively
• 
  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Candidiates must hold Full Australian Working rights
