Key Responsibilities

Liaising with customers to understand their financial goals and requirements.

Preparing and presenting personalised mortgage recommendations to customers.

Guiding customers through the application process and ensuring a seamless experience.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, lenders and other industry partners.

Proactively managing your sales pipeline and workflow to drive conversions and settlements.

Staying up to date with lender policies and ensure every submission is accurate, compliant, complete, and of high quality.

Strengthen personal and business networks with key internal and external stakeholders.

About You

You’ll shine in this role if you:

Hold or are studying a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or equivalent).

Bring 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, with specific expertise in residential lending.

Proficiency in reviewing financial documents, including tax returns and financial statements

Are exceptionally organized and calm under pressure.

Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction.

Have got grit, hunger, and a sharp eye for both the detail and the big picture.

Take initiative, solve problems creatively, and sweat the small stuff.

Work independently and meet deadlines with ease.

Additional Requirements

National Police Check is required.
