About the Role

This is a residential mortgage broker role and the remuneration structure comprises of an annual salary plus uncapped commission. The job will require you on-site Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. You will be provided with your own office situated in Fulham SA and you will hit the ground running as you will be servicing an established loan book and taking on new enquiries as they come in.

You will be provided with a mentor, inhouse broker support, leads, company mobile phone, computer, software, tech support and a marketing team to ensure your success.

You will be focussed on building lasting client relationships and your contributions will be highly valued and rewarded.

About You

You are an experienced, motivated and skilled mortgage broker with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial dreams. You possess a deep understanding of loan products and lender credit policies and excel at tailoring mortgage solutions to meet each client's unique needs.

Your excellent communication skills enable you to guide clients through the mortgage process easily, and your keen attention to detail ensures accuracy and efficiency in every transaction. You are dedicated to building strong relationships with clients, making you an essential asset to our team.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Client Interviews: Meet with clients to understand their financial situation, discuss their needs, and recommend suitable mortgage options.

Loan Assessment: Evaluate loan options based on clients' credit history and financial position.

Lender Liaison: Work with lenders on behalf of clients to secure the best possible mortgage terms and rates.

Loan Processing: Manage loan applications through to Settlement with the help of our inhouse broker assistant.

Financial Guidance: Provide guidance on all aspects of the mortgage process, including deposits, fees and repayment terms.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to government regulations including consumer protection laws.

Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners and lenders to ensure satisfaction with our services.

Required Qualifications

Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management or

Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking

Required Skills

Fluency in English with first class communication skills

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Be able to handle multiple files efficiently while working to deadlines
