We have a high percentage of Hindi/Punjabi speaking clients, so the ability to speak this language will be advantageous.

About the role

We have a salaried (or salary plus commission or commission only - your choice), all leads provided position available. No lead generation or sales required of you. Leads are prequalified with client documents provided. High settlement rate, average loan size is over $700k. Full offshore admin support also provided to minimise your paperwork.

You must be an experienced broker (minimum 2 years and not under mentoring) and able to work independently. You will be given detailed information about the client and their paperwork and will use that to determine the best loan option, discuss that with the client and work with the offshore support team to progress the loans to settlement.

It would be a significant advantage to be able to speak Hindi as we have a lot of clients with Hindi as their first language.

Skills and experience

Able to speak Hindi/Punjabi as we have a lot of clients with Hindi as their first language.

The minimum educational requirement is a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking.

Minimum 2 years as an Authorised Credit Representative or Licensee.

Good record in the broking industry so you can obtain all major lender accreditations.

Permanent Australian Resident

Able to work with offshore staff that are already trained in mortgage broking support.

A willingness to learn and apply the systems we will give you.

Ability to work unsupervised, knowledgeable in compliance requirements of an Authorised Credit Representative.

An appreciation that success comes from putting the client's needs first and making them feel important and valued.
