Established in 2005, Logic Finance has grown over the years to include all aspects of finance, including commercial, business, residential and vehicle finance. This a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team who provide a boutique finance service for professionals and businesses.
The role:
We are seeking a full-time Finance Manager. As part of this role, you will have a good understanding of lender products and policies, and previous experience in packaging loan applications is required.
Your previous experience will see you be able to handle complex applications including self employed, company and trust structures

Your job role will include, but not limited to, liaising with clients, lender research, servicing, packaging of applications and application tracking.
You will also work alongside a dedicated Support Officer.
You will team up with a number of brokers that have a minimum of 10-20 years experience in the industry.
For the right person, we offer a competitive salary. This salary structure will be based on your experience within the industry and can be negotiated in various options.
We are open to a part-time role for the right candidate.
Job responsibilities:
Initial welcome contact with new and existing clients
Complete initial serviceability assessments and reviews
Research lender policy and options for new scenario's
Documentation and data collection
Maintaining and updating the CRM database (MyCRM & HubSpot)
Post settlement checklist and compliance
Existing client maintenance where required (ie. Variations, pricing, valuations etc)
Managing new and existing referral partner relationships including attending regular meetings
Assistance with generating new business
Managing existing and new clients relationships
Skill sets & Attributes:
Relevant Broking/Loan Support Manager experience (4+ years)
Experience with submitting complex and self-employed applications (mandatory)
Ability to read tax returns and financials and transfer data into servicing calculators (mandatory)
Diverse lender product knowledge
Full understanding of residential lending
Understanding of vehicle and commercial finance (preferred but not essential – training can be provided)
Experienced with MyCRM & HubSpot software, or similar (preferred but not essential)
Experienced with ApplyOnline
Strong attention to detail
Sense of urgency and ability to complete tasks within time-frames
Show a strong focus on sales, settlements and growing business
Ability to show initiative
Confident to work unsupervised
Ability to make quick decisions to keep applications progressing
