Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on loan structures and suitable lending products

Build strong, long-term client and referral relationships

Lodge and manage loan applications end-to-end

Comply with ASIC best-interest duty and lending regulations

Meet KPIs and maintain strong settlement volumes

About You:

✅ Minimum 3 years' experience in mortgage broking

✅ Current Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking

✅ Active membership/accreditation with an aggregator and lender panel

✅ Strong communication and customer service skills

✅ Self-motivated, results-driven, and organised

What You’ll Get:

Base Salary: $100,000–$110,000 + Super
