Seeking an experienced Recruitment and Mobilisation Advisor to join a dynamic and growing West Australian mining services business. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this role is vital to ensuring the seamless and timely recruitment and mobilisation of employees to a variety of sites and projects throughout Western Australia.

Responsibilities include:

Partnering with managers and supervisors on workforce planning and recruitment needs;

Collaborating with hiring managers to develop and/or update job descriptions, including identifying skill requirements, experience, and competencies;

Writing and managing job advertisements utilising online job boards;

Screening applicants and selecting quality candidates for the hiring managers review;

Coordinating and scheduling interviews;

Understanding hiring trends in the market; recommend changes to approach or processes to ensure the business stays competitive in their search for talent;

Managing relationships with labour hire providers and external stakeholders;

Undertaking reference checks and booking medicals;

Managing logistics and travel requirements to site;

Updating and maintaining the internal candidate database;

Conducting weekly and monthly mobilisation reporting;

The successful candidate will be passionate and motivated and have strong people skills, proven mobilisation and recruitment experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will be a strong communicator with high attention to detail and have prior experience ideally within the resources sector.
