Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking a Recruitment & Mobilisation Support Officer to join our client, a leading construction and engineering group. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Henderson, working as part of a well-established HR and Recruitment team supporting large-scale projects across construction, mining, and maintenance.

In this position, you will provide administrative and coordination support to both the recruitment and mobilisation functions. You'll work closely with internal recruiters and mobilisation coordinators to assist with candidate processing, compliance, and mobilisation logistics. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruiters with job advertising, screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks
• Assist in collecting, verifying, and uploading compliance and onboarding documentation
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, medical bookings, inductions, and site access
• Communicate with candidates, internal teams, and external providers to ensure smooth processes
• Maintain accurate data across recruitment and mobilisation systems and trackers
• Assist with reporting and general administrative duties as required

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a recruitment administration or mobilisation support role
• High attention to detail with strong time management skills
• Confident communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Familiarity with systems such as SuccessFactors, INX, Enable, SitePass, Pegasus, or Avetta
• Available to start immediately and able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test

• Type: Temp to Perm
• Hours: Full-time, office-based
• Pay Rate: $40 - $50 p/h (depending on experience)
• Pay: Negotiable depending on experience
• Start: ASAP
