About the Role

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our people strategy—supporting, guiding and delivering HR and recruitment initiatives from the moment a vacancy is approved through to offboarding and beyond.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, ensuring an inclusive and engaging candidate experience.

Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview processes, and selection strategies.

Partner with operations to forecast recruitment needs and establish strong workforce planning.

Develop and implement onboarding processes that help new starters feel supported, welcomed, and set up for success.

Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, processes and employee relations issues.

Provide hands-on support on all employee relations matters across the employee lifecycle.

Collaborate on and support a wide range of HR projects.

Be eligible to work in Australia

Hold a tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)

Have proven experience in a similar advisory role

Experience with Employment Hero or similar HR platform would be desirable
