Recruiter - Join a Fast-Paced, Dynamic Team

Are you a passionate recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving environment? We’re looking for an experienced and driven Recruiter to take the lead on end-to-end recruitment processes and help shape the future of a growing business.

As Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment function for the business and provide exceptional recruitment services and support across all levels.

Key position Responsibilities:

Managing the recruitment and selection process, including selection, arranging and conducting interviews, reference checking and immigration check.

Maintain the integrity and accuracy of recruitment systems and candidate records.

Oversee internal and external job boards and advertising platforms.

Lead the delivery of recruitment strategies to support business growth and workforce planning.

Build strong relationships with hiring managers and support them through the recruitment process.

Implement and contribute to the design, development and execution of recruitment strategies, initiatives, reports, projects at a national and local level.

Assist in general administration duties of maintaining data integrity, responding to emails, and assisting the People & Culture team as required.

About You:

Demonstrated experience in high volume recruitment, ideally with a talent acquisition background.

Flexible and adaptable to a changing and growing environment.

Excellent organisation skills with ability to prioritize, manage conflicting deadlines and work under pressure.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly and effectively.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
