St John has taken a unique approach to Urgent Care Centres with the development of a coordinated, patient centric model. St John Urgent Care allows patients with non-life threatening injuries or illnesses to be comprehensively managed in a primary care setting and to receive the most appropriate care without the need to attend and Emergency Department (ED). St John currently operates 6 Urgent Care centres in Kelmscott, Cannington, Cockburn, Midland, Joondalup and Osborne Park, we also operate a GP/Dental centre in Armadale and a GP clinic in Kambalda.

The Opportunity:

A permanent, full-time or part-time role is currently available for a suitably qualified and experienced Recruitment Consultant to engage staff throughout our centres. Roles to be filled include GP's, Nurses, Dentists, Dental Assistants/Receptionists, Nurse Practitioners, MIT's, Clinical Leads and Reception staff.

The hours will be 8am to 4pm and you will be based in our head office in Belmont.

The skills, experiences and attributes required:

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of:

• Recruitment compliance, process, procedure and employment legislation
• Passion for providing a thorough and informative recruitment process for our candidates
• Proven experience in end to end recruitment practices, including advertising, screening, competency-based interviewing, compliance and on-boarding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across the organisation

What you'll need:

The successful candidate will require:

• Internal recuitment experience required
• Exceptional relationship management and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and an understanding of recruitment data bases
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to prioritise tasks
• A willingness to work as part of a team who pitch in and assist each other to achieve goals
• Experience using FastTrack360 or PageUp software or similar will be highly regarded
