Lorbek Luxury Cars is a well-established prestige used car dealer with more than 37 years industry experience. Our modern showroom with the expansion of our new "super showroom" holds over 150 vehicles. We have an extremely high volume of traffic through our dealership on a daily basis. We require a leading and reliable Stock Controller.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive, friendly team within our busy high end luxury car dealership. This position is not for the fainthearted. You are required to run our entire stock controlling process from the moment a vehicle is first purchased and arrives to our showroom. You will work directly with the Senior Director and Senior Stock Controller. This is a long-term growing position as we are currently the most progressive, growing exotic luxury car dealership in Australia.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Lot in and comprehensively check all incoming stock vehicles

Continuously build and maintain relationships with external franchisers and dealer networks

Check and inspect all new stock arrivals

Coordinate and prepare all necessary and required works on stock vehicles prior advertising

Check and follow up full-service history on all vehicles

Essential skills:

This position requires a high level of attention to detail with an outstanding work ethic.

Previous luxury vehicle dealership, stock control and advertising experience

Highly organised and efficient

Ability to multi-task

Exceptional attention to detail

Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge and familiarity with Dealerlogic program

Mailchimp

Autogate
