The Organization:

An exclusive Australian Distributor located in Braeside, is seeking an Administration Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for an indefinite period.

As the business has grown to become the number one supplier of sporting equipment and supplying utility vehicles in Australia, they're looking to expand their team.

About the role:

  • Answering incoming enquiries
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Assisting with General Admin Duties
  • Inventory and Financial Reporting
  • Data Entry and inventory control and management.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an Administration position with Inventory exposure
  • Strong numeracy and financial skills.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with an eagerness to take the next step.
  • Ability to be a hands-on hard worker and a ‘doer’ with a common sense approach
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
