What you’ll be doing

Coordinating and managing vehicle stock control across the dealership

Managing and updating internal systems so all stock data is current and accurate

Overseeing all new/used vehicle licensing, registration, transfers and disposals

Handling advertising and stock listings across our website, Carsales and digital platforms

Assisting the sales team with timely settlements and administration support

Claiming manufacturer incentives and bonuses

Monitoring errors, discrepancies and resolving them quickly

Facilitating the inventory purchase process with accuracy and timeliness

What we’re looking for

Previous stock control or dealership administration experience (highly regarded)

Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Intermediate to high computer skills (Auto IT DMS experience is an advantage)

Strong administration and communication skills

A reliable, process-driven and confident team player

Accreditation with the Department of Transport / registration experience is a bonus (training can be provided)
