The Role

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler or someone with prior glazing experience to manage the effective deployment of work throughout the Sydney region daily. This critical role sits within our Sydney team and liaises directly with customers and tradespeople. The ideal candidate is a capable multi-tasker with excellent communication and organisational skills. This role allows for flexibility where the successful candidate can work both remotely and in the office.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Schedule and coordinate work for tradespeople to maximise efficiency

Assess job requirements appropriately

Liaise with customers and provide timely job updates

Resolve logistical issues and emergency jobs in a professional manner that meet customer needs

Accurate data management within Salesforce

What we are looking for:

Prior scheduling or glazing experience

Ability to organise and prioritise a demanding workload with high level of accuracy

Ability to problem solve in a logical and holistic manner

Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Demonstrated proficient use of computers and a variety of software applications including MS Office Suite

Prior experience with Salesforce is highly advantageous but not essential
