About the Role
Due to ongoing growth, we’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and experienced administrator to join our remote team. You’ll be the glue that keeps our sales and operations running smoothly — scheduling jobs, managing admin, and keeping customers informed along the way.
This is a full-time, work-from-home role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, trade-based environment and has experience working with SimPro.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule jobs for our sales team and tradespeople
Respond to customer and client enquiries by phone and email
Manage bookings and data with accuracy and attention to detail
Balance competing priorities and adapt quickly when plans change
What You’ll Bring
Proven admin and customer service experience in a trade or field service business
SimPro experience is highly desirable
If not SimPro, other job management system or trade-based experience is essential
Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Confident communication — both written and verbal
High-level computer literacy and comfort with cloud-based platforms
Familiarity with Sydney geography is a bonus

Trade services admin or scheduling
Insurance repairs coordination
Property management or strata administration
You understand the fast-moving nature of reactive trade work, you’re confident dealing with both customers and technicians, and you can keep a lot of moving parts organised under pressure.

Additional Information
While this is a remote role, you’ll be required to attend 1–2 weeks of in-person induction training in Sydney
