Core Talent has partnered with a leading business in the building trades industry to recruit an experienced Service Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to take ownership of job scheduling, technician coordination, and day-to-day service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong SimPRO experience and a background in the construction, trades, or facilities management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and coordinating technicians for reactive and planned works using SimPRO.
Managing inbound calls and emails, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and technicians.
Creating, updating, and closing work orders to ensure accurate job tracking.
Monitoring job progress and ensuring works are completed within agreed timeframes.
Liaising with technicians to ensure they have all necessary job details, parts, and information.
Preparing quotes, invoices, and service reports as required.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a Service Coordinator or Scheduler role within construction, trades, or facilities management.
Proficiency in SimPRO (essential).
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
