Position: Scheduler
Location: Smithfield, NSW
Hours: 7:40 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Are you highly organized and detail-driven with a passion for operational excellence? We’re seeking a Scheduler to join our team and take charge of coordinating customer orders, installations, and key administrative functions. This is your opportunity to ensure smooth execution of daily workflows and play an essential role in our operational success.
In this vital role, you’ll ensure that all customer orders and installation activities are processed efficiently and accurately. You’ll be the bridge between field teams, admin functions, and customers—keeping things moving and aligned every step of the way. If you enjoy structure, responsibility, and making a behind-the-scenes impact, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Order & Scheduling Management:
• Receive and schedule customer orders
• Process and send invoices daily via Scheduling system
• Issue reports and invoice (NSW & QLD).
• Prepare paperwork
Documentation & Systems:
• Maintain SLA's and keep contractor/staff records up to date in Scheduling system
• Enter daily sales figures into internal database.
• Update and distribute Site Reports
Communication & Coordination:
• Liaise with field staff and customers daily.
• Create Works Orders for contractors.
• Assist with quoting and front-end SPI activities (Back-Up).
Operational Support:
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in administration, and scheduling
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Effective communicator across teams and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Minimum Cert III in administration
