About the role

As Marketing Specialist at Dependable Care, you will play a key role in driving the company's marketing and communications strategy. This full-time position is based in Epping, Victoria, offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of this leading provider of disability care services.

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness and drive lead generation

Creating compelling content, including web copy, blog posts, social media updates, and marketing collateral

Managing the company's digital presence, including website, social media channels, and online advertising

Analysing campaign performance and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement

Collaborating with the sales team to support lead nurturing and conversion

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform the marketing strategy

What we're looking for

3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within the healthcare or disability care sector

Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and Google Analytics

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions

Creativity and a proven track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Bachelor degree or above academic background is required

Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
