We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Onboarding Specialist Manager to join our growing team. Based in Melbourne with flexible hybrid work arrangements, you’ll lead new clients through onboarding and setup, while also managing our friendly support team to ensure excellent day-to-day service.

This is a hands-on, people-first role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer success, support, and technical delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the onboarding journey from signed contract to successful go-live

Coordinate and deliver setup sessions and training for new customers, tailored to their specific workflows.

Oversee our support team and ensure client questions are handled promptly

Manage timelines, documentation, and clear communication across departments

Identify and resolve common onboarding hurdles, improving the process over time

Provide light technical guidance around domain names, email settings, and website go-live steps

Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to create seamless handovers and better client outcomes

What You’ll Bring

2–4+ years’ experience in SaaS onboarding, customer success, or implementation

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Proven ability to manage or mentor support staff

Confidence working with real estate agents, principals, or small business owners

Solid organisational skills – able to juggle multiple onboarding projects

Experience with CRMs or support platforms (e.g. Intercom)

Bonus: Familiarity with DNS records, domains, and website go-live processes
