We're seeking an experienced Outbound Telesales Specialist to lead and grow our phone-based sales division. If you're passionate about closing deals, love the thrill of the chase, and thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment, this could be your next big move.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Drive revenue growth through outbound calls to warm and cold leads
Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and close sales directly
Manage and grow your own pipeline
Be the first point of contact in the customer journey
Help shape and scale the telesales strategy and division
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
What You Bring:
3+ years proven success in outbound phone sales or telemarketing
Results-driven with a hunter mentality
Confident communicator who thrives on hitting KPIs and closing deals
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent phone manner and persuasive sales technique
Experience in the financial services or payments sector (preferred but not essential)

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
Experience in a sale or call centre environment, work experience in a
large, based environment.
Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal, and written
communication.
Tech savvy using CRMs.
Must be confident and strong work ethics.
Strong Sales skills – Phone Based.
An entrepreneurial and agile mindset, a bias towards action and an ability to pivot when required to meet
business needs and goals.
Experience with Retail/Hospitality point-of sale systems or Technology is a bonus but not needed!
Must have a growth mindset and work towards your own goals.
