As an ICT Sales & Customer Growth Specialist at ID4ME, you will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships while promoting our proprietary Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform within the real estate sector. You will identify client needs, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and ensure ongoing account success by offering expert guidance and proactive outreach. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth through new customer onboarding and long-term retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and nurture prospective clients using internal CRM systems, data sources, and industry directories.

Deliver structured product demonstrations of the ID4ME platform to newly acquired clients across the real estate sector.

Promote and position ID4ME’s ICT platform as a strategic prospecting solution, aligning it with customer objectives.

Provide end-to-end account management across a client’s first 12 months, including proactive check-ins, success metrics, and feature adoption support.

Develop a deep understanding of client challenges and offer tailored product features or outreach strategies to improve engagement and ROI.

Collaborate closely with outbound sales representatives to maximize portfolio growth and reduce churn.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, product usage, and performance milestones in CRM tools.

Prepare and submit regular reports on customer engagement, demonstration metrics, and platform uptake.

Resolve client queries in a timely manner and coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare and present pricing proposals, negotiate contract terms, and manage order completion in line with company policies and customer expectations.

Maintain current knowledge of ID4ME’s products, market trends, and competitor offerings to inform sales strategy and client engagements.

Track and report business-related expenses incurred during client interactions, in line with company policies.

Skills & Experience Required:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline (or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualification).

Vendor certifications or sales training (e.g., SaaS sales, CRM systems, or sales enablement platforms) are desirable.

Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing ICT sales or account management role, preferably in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.

Proven experience in delivering product demonstrations and managing B2B client relationships.

Experience working with or selling into the real estate industry is highly desirable.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Confident using CRMs and customer engagement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Ability to work autonomously, manage a pipeline, and meet performance KPIs.

Performance Expectations:

Deliver 30–40 outbound product demonstration calls per day to newly onboarded customers.

Ensure 80% of newly signed clients receive a demonstration within 30 days of signup.

Conduct a minimum of two product demonstrations for each client within the first 6 months.

Track and report demonstration activity and customer lifecycle milestones regularly.

Demonstrate ongoing commitment to customer retention and sales expansion goals.
