The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of a high-potential territory across Sydney and NSW. Your main focus will be to grow market share by nurturing existing relationships and driving new client acquisition across medical practices and healthcare clinics.
This is a field-based, autonomous role ideal for a motivated sales professional who loves building connections, providing solutions, and making an impact in the healthcare space.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and growing a portfolio of GP clinics, specialist practices, and healthcare groups
Building strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers
Promoting a diverse product suite including consumables, diagnostic tools, and capital devices
Conducting on-site product demonstrations and territory visits
Collaborating with internal teams for quotes, logistics, and support
Maintaining CRM records and delivering regular sales reporting
What We’re Looking For
Current sales experience in medical, healthcare, or B2B sales
Background working with GPs, clinics, or the primary care market is highly desirable
A relationship-first, solutions-driven sales approach
Strong planning and territory management skills
Self-motivated, organised, and professional
Current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel within NSW
On Offer
Negotiable base salary ranging from $110k - $120k per annum
Super at 12%
