WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

This is a senior, hands-on creative role where you’ll take the lead on turning bold ideas into culture-driven content that sparks conversations and makes a real impact for our top-tier clients.

Own and lead the production process—from brief to delivery—ensuring every campaign is on point and on time.

Partner closely with our top-tier clients, understanding their vision and shaping campaign strategies that hit the mark.

Stay ahead of the curve—research trends, develop creative strategies and make sure our work always feels fresh and relevant.

Direct shoots with confidence—set the tone, manage energy, and bring the creative vision to life on set.

Work side by side with videographers, editors, designers, and paid media strategists to deliver campaigns that stand out.

Guide and mentor junior creatives, lifting the standard of the whole team with your feedback and experience.

Keep projects moving—manage timelines like a pro while balancing multiple campaigns without missing a beat.

Push the creative standard higher with every project, making sure everything we deliver earns attention.

WHO YOU ARE:

Experienced and confident – 3-5 years in creative production or content creation with a proven track record of delivering high-impact campaigns for well-known brands or top-tier clients.

A creative thinker – You can see the big idea and know how to bring it to life.

A natural leader – You enjoy guiding others and bringing out their best while driving projects forward.

Cool under pressure – You thrive on set and know how to keep teams focused and energised.
