This is a great opportunity for a talented Social Media Specialist to step into a pivotal role with a leading Australian fashion brand. You'll take full creative ownership of their social media presence-crafting compelling video, building digital engagement, and growing a loyal online following.
Based in the Sydney head office (Monday to Friday), you'll work closely with a dynamic brand and marketing team in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

About the Role
This is a hands-on content and strategy role with room to innovate. You'll be the voice of the brand across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms, using your skills in video editing, content production and platform trends to deliver engaging and performance-driven campaigns.
You'll also collaborate with internal teams to ensure social activity supports wider brand, retail and eCommerce goals-blending creativity with insight to connect with audiences and drive results.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Owning and evolving the brand's social media strategy
• Producing creative, high-quality content (video, photography, copy)
• Managing daily posting, scheduling, and community interaction
• Creating trend-aware, short-form video content across Reels and TikTok
• Collaborating with internal creative, digital and retail teams
• Identifying and partnering with influencers, creators and stylists
• Monitoring performance, reporting insights, and refining content approach
• Keeping ahead of social trends and platform changes

Who We're Looking For

• At least 3 years' experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing, ideally in fashion, lifestyle or premium retail
• Skilled in short-form video production and confident using editing tools
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn algorithms and best practices
• Proven ability to grow engagement and digital audiences
• Experience with influencer and UGC collaboration
• Highly visual with a strong eye for brand storytelling
• Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics
• A true team player who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment
