We’re looking for a Creative Content Producer to bring our brand to life through photo and video content that’s as beautiful as it is effective. If you’ve got a strong foundation in content creation and are ready to level up in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
As our Creative Content Producer, you’ll be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing visual content for our website, social channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), and broader marketing campaigns. You’ll also help ideate new content formats and analyse performance to help us continually improve and grow.

What You’ll Do
Plan and execute photo and video shoots (both in-house and on location)
Edit photos and videos for use across web, social, and YouTube platforms
Create photo and video content specifically designed to support conversion goals by highlighting key product benefits, demonstrating use, and driving customer action
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with campaign goals, promotional timelines, and key product messages
Collaborate with the team to develop creative ideas that align with our brand positioning
Stay across digital trends and apply them to fresh, relevant content for our brand
Manage, track and report on content performance to inform future direction
Organise and manage digital assets and shoot schedules
Assist in developing creative briefs and moodboards where needed
Organise or liaise with external photographers/videographers for shoots at remote or customer locations outside Sydney
Who You Are
2+ years experience in content creation, video production, or a similar creative role
Confident behind the camera (DSLR/mirrorless) and in post-production (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.)
Strong portfolio showcasing work across photo, video, and social content
Understands how to tailor content for different platforms, including the specific formats, pacing, and audience expectations of channels like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads, and how content supports performance.
Understands how to create content that not only engages but drives action and supports campaign goals.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a creative team
Up to date with social trends and what’s performing on digital platforms
Organised, self-motivated, and always looking to raise the creative bar
Willing to travel to shoot locations when required
Nice to Have
Experience working with e-commerce or wellness brands, particularly in creating content that showcases products and helps drive sales
Basic motion graphics (After Effects or similar)

Measurable growth in conversions and sales driven by content-led campaigns (e.g., product pages, advertisements, landing pages)
Ongoing creative testing and iteration to enhance performance across all channels
Active contribution to creative strategy, supported by data-driven performance insights

Content Creation Expertise
Demonstrated experience planning, shooting, and editing high-quality photo and video content for digital platforms.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar.
Platform Knowledge & Conversion Focus
Strong understanding of how to tailor content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and how visual content supports conversion and campaign goals.
