The Role

This permanent part-time opportunity 3 days per week, with Monday and Thursdays required in-office plus either Tuesday or Wednesday. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be a key member of a small but high-performing finance team of two, operating in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Your core focus will be end-to-end Accounts Receivable, along with general admin support as required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and being hands-on across multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end Accounts Receivable
  • Following up outstanding payments
  • Invoicing
  • Assisting payroll
  • Chasing contractor timesheets
  • Assisting with system and procedure updates
  • Maintaining and updating personnel records
  • Supporting ad hoc admin tasks as needed (e.g. reception, answering phones)

About You

You’re a team player with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and bring a solid background in full-function AR. Experience with MYOB in a high-volume setting will be highly regarded.
