Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:

Issue all recurring and ad hoc client invoices accurately and on time using:

Internal spreadsheets

Client portals

MyPSR (for ad hoc requests)

Cross-check supplier costs against client charges; escalate discrepancies to the CFO.

Manage debtor finance, including drafting credit notes for CFO review.

Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports for review with the CFO/COO.

Email Statements of Accounts to Helpdesk for inclusion in monthly reports.

Escalate accounts reaching 45+ days overdue to CFO and Senior Operations Manager for client follow-up.

Ensure all chargeable consumables are invoiced back to clients according to agreements.

Accounts Payable:

Verify and process supplier invoices based on:

Contractor timesheets and check-in data

Supplier quotations

Utility bills (e.g., phone, power), ensuring all services are current

Report any excess/unauthorised use of company services (mobile phones, fuel cards, toll fobs) to CFO.

Notify Compliance Manager of any required changes to company services.
