🔹 Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping using MYOB EXONET & NetSuite.
Generate and manage invoices, purchase orders, and payment schedules.
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Process payments to International suppliers.
Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly reports.
Prepare and forward Quarterly Reports to the external accountant.
Calculate and pay monthly superannuation contributions in line with ATO requirements.
Process weekly wages and PAYG withholding via Single Touch Payroll (STP).
Obtain quotes and check product availability as needed.
Administrative & Office Support
Be the go-to person for accounts queries within the office.
Handle daily correspondence and manage multiple email inboxes.
Oversee local and international freight logistics for timely, cost-effective shipping.
Maintain office supplies and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Support senior executives with general administrative tasks as needed.

🔹 What We’re Looking For
5+ years proven experience in bookkeeping and administration.
Solid understanding of accounts payable/receivable and international transactions.
Proficiency in MYOB and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
A proactive, reliable, and positive approach to tasks.
