Vivacity is seeking a full-time RTO Compliance Consultant to join our remote team. You’ll work directly with RTO and CRICOS clients, helping them meet their compliance obligations and succeed in audits with confidence. Have deep knowledge of RTO/CRICOS operations and compliance

Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues

Have experience in training, assessment, coordination or compliance

🔹 What You’ll Do

Support RTO and CRICOS clients through registrations, audits, and ongoing compliance

Deliver client consultations and assessment validations

Review and prepare training and assessment documentation

Track projects using our internal systems (Unicorn, ClickUp, SharePoint)

Maintain clear communication with multiple clients and deadlines

Operate within our strategic EOS framework – you’ll have goals, clarity, and support

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in the training sector (RTO and/or CRICOS)

Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs and the National Code

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110)

Diploma of Quality Auditing

Experience in roles such as Trainer/Assessor, Compliance Officer or Training Coordinator

High attention to detail and excellent time management

Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, Teams, and client management systems

🔹 Bonus Points For

Assessor Skill Set (TAESS00011 or equivalent)

TAEASS502 or similar (Assessment Tool Design)

TAELLN411 (LLN skills)

Experience using ClickUp or SharePoint

Familiarity with CRMs or SMS platforms
