With our increasing growth, including internationally, we are now seeking an Office Manager to ensure that our operations run efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
The Office Manager will contribute to the success of internal teams through the provision of timely administrative support and will support business growth through development and maintenance of positive relationships with stakeholders.
Based in our Neutral Bay office, tasks will include:
Overseeing and coordinating daily office operations
Managing administrative staff, delegating tasks and supervising office support activities
Developing and implementing office policies and systems, liaising with stakeholders as required and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485/MDSAP
Monitoring and maintaining office supplies and equipment within budget
Managing company records, ensure appropriate data storage and retrieval systems and ensuring integrity of levels of authorized access
Supporting HR functions including onboarding, timesheet approvals, policy application, ensuring clear delineation of responsibilities and adherence to QMS compliance procedures
Representing SYMBYX to internal and external stakeholders in a range of different contexts
The Office Manager will have:
Diploma or higher qualification in business administration or related field
2 years’ experience across range of business administrative tasks
Experience within the medical device regulatory framework, especially with respect to HIPPA compliance obligations preferred
Essential skills include:
Organisation and time management skills
Ability to co-ordinate across multiple functional areas
Track record of successful project management
Strong people management, negotiation and communication skills
Ability to plan, coordinate, implement and monitor adherence to policies and procedures
Working knowledge of HIPPA and GMP practices within a medical device framework preferred
We are offering a base salary of $95,000 for this full-time role.
