Workfast is partnering with a leading manufacturing and engineering company based in Tomago, NSW to find a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Coordinator.

Location: Tomago, NSW
Employment Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: $100,000+ per annum + super (based on experience)

This role plays a key part in supporting the Quality, Safety, and Environmental team to maintain and improve compliance with internal systems and external standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 45001. You will assist with maintaining certifications, managing compliance documentation, supporting audit processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across safety and quality systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in maintaining and enhancing compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards
• Support the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) team with audits, system reviews, and documentation control
• Prepare and manage compliance records, certifications, and registers
• Participate in internal audits and coordinate external audit processes
• Ensure policies and procedures are current, accessible, and adhered to across teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to compliance and safety
• Support project compliance and reporting activities

About You

• Strong understanding of quality and safety management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 45001
• High attention to detail and strong documentation management skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments (advantageous)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance software
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Relevant qualification or background in WHS, Quality, or Compliance preferred
