About the Role
Are you happiest with your boots on the ground, clipboard in hand, and soil under your nails? We’re looking for a scientifically curious and practically minded Soil Field Officer to help deliver the National Soil Monitoring Program. Based in Northam with travel across the Wheatbelt, this hands-on role suits someone who loves land, data, and getting stuck into meaningful environmental work.
You'll join our Sustainable Agriculture team and get to work sampling soils, collecting field data, and engaging with local landholders across our region. This is a physically active role with a strong safety culture. We value people who take initiative, work independently in remote settings, and bring a collaborative spirit back to the team.
