Support the development of the emergency relief program at Minnawarra House
Support facilitators in the delivery of craft and activity based programs
Join our team delivering front line social programs and counselling supports in Armadale WA.
As a Program Support Officer you’ll support Facilitators to deliver high quality programs, oversee our emergency relief program and assist with stakeholder engagement activities.
You’ll develop our promotional materials using online resources such as Canva and distribute this information via our Facebook page and external mailing lists.
Your role will include term planning, program, booking activities and assisting with catering, materials and room set-up activities.
You’ll also be the first point of contact at Minnawarra House and you’ll work closely with parents, youth, Indigenous Australians and CALD communities.
Qualifications and skills we are seeking:
Minimum Certificate III Community Services or other related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Programs and online resources such as Canva (or willingness to learn)
Demonstrated organisation, prioritisation and time management skills to organise own workflows
Current WA Driving Licence
