Enable Fitness Centre is expanding, and we’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, their supports and other health professionals.
This role will be based at our Holden Hill clinic, servicing all 4 of our locations across Adelaide. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our practices running smoothly—managing appointments, communicating with clients, supporting the team, and creating a welcoming environment for all.

🧑🏻💻 About the Role
Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and phone/email enquiries
Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and follow-ups
Conduct tours for prospective clients and help them understand our services
Work closely with the Client Relations Manager and provide admin support to clinicians and the management team
Help manage client files, service agreements, and intake referrals (with support)
Assist with basic invoicing and reconciliation (with support)
Support the daily upkeep of the site—including hydro pool testing, stocktaking, and keeping the space tidy and welcoming for our clients
Create a safe, welcoming and respectful environment for people living with disability
👩💼 About You
A warm and professional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organised with great attention to detail and initiative
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Passionate about inclusion, respect, and supporting people living with disability
Able to handle sensitive or complex situations with kindness, resilience, maturity and discretion
Prior experience in a medical, allied health or disability setting is highly desirable
Familiarity with NDIS, Medicare, Return to Work SA, Lifetime Support Authority and/or Aged Care funding systems is a bonus
Tech-savvy with strong general computer skills
Screenings: Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Check / Disability Services Employment Screening (or willingness to obtain)
