We are looking for an experienced and flexible receptionist to join our team. Someone who works well independently and has efficient problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone to fill in 6-12 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends. We will be able to offer more hours in the future due to staff going on leave. Applicants who are quick learners and have experience in Hospitality are preferred.

Your role includes:

Checking guests in and out

Taking phone calls and returning emails

Managing reservations

Taking payments using the EFTPOS machine

Basic use of Microsoft Apps

Light cleaning of the Reception and common areas in the property.

Successful applicants must have:

Current police check (or willing to obtain).

Certificate 3 in Hospitality.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Australian Citizenship or Working Visa.

2 years of experience as a receptionist or in the accommodation industry.
