About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and driven individual to join our team as a casual receptionist. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is eager to learn and grow professionally, we want to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

While you will be primarily based at our clinic in Christies Beach, this role may also require you to provide occasional coverage at our other clinic based in Aldinga, which is easily accessible by public transport.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with your team to deliver outstanding customer care and ensure smooth clinic operations.

Assist customers with footwear fitting and sizing, helping them find the perfect solution for their needs.

Perform essential administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Keep the clinic and retail space tidy, welcoming, and well-presented, including maintaining visual merchandising.

Support clinic operations by handling opening and closing procedures and using POS, EFTPOS, and HICAPS systems efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

You are confident and professional on the phone and enjoy engaging with people.

You have a basic understanding of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) and are quick to adapt to new systems.

You naturally connect with customers and have a flair for helping them find the right solutions.

You are genuinely passionate about providing excellent customer service and making a positive difference in people’s lives.

You can think on your feet, respond to a variety of customer needs, and handle the unexpected with ease.

You are willing to work weekends and during holiday periods to ensure the clinic remains accessible to the community.
