Welcome to Camco SA Pty Ltd, an innovative Adelaide-based civil engineering and construction company serving South Australia's Civil and Building industries since 2001. Our expertise includes Civil Infrastructure, Commercial Building Construction, along with Facility, Building, and Maintenance Services.

We are seeking a reliable and friendly, Business Support Officer /Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works with a sense of urgency, and has strong administrative and communication skills. The hours are Monday to Friday 12pm to 5pm.

The role

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Managing shared mailboxes and actioning accordingly.

Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.

Maintaining and ensuring general areas are presentable at all times.

Housekeeping duties (stack/unstack dishwasher, stock fridges and bathroom essentials etc).

Photocopying, scanning and filing (digital and physical filing).

Order and maintain stock of staff amenities and office supplies.

Assisting accounts payable (matching dockets to invoices, uploading invoices to accounting system, following up account queries etc).

Assist with maintaining various registers (Excel based).

Facilitate new vendor registrations.

Providing general administrative support to staff and management.

About you

To be successful in this role you will need:

Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role (preferred).

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with excellent phone manner.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A proactive and flexible attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed.

Experience with MYOB AccountRight is not essential but is advantageous.
